Early Table Customer Terms & Conditions 

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions carefully ("Terms and Conditions") which govern the use by you of EarlyTable.ie (the "Site"). Once read, please save or print a copy for your records. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us relating to the use of the Site. Please visit our FAQ section where you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. Early Table is provided by Hospitality Concepts Ltd. Hospitality Concepts Limited acts always as an agent (or sub-agent as mentioned below) on behalf of restaurant providers in the arrangement of reservations for Early Table qualifying members. Hospitality Concepts Ltd has its' registered office at Unit 3 Argyle Square, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 hereafter "Hospitality Concepts". You may only use the Site to make legitimate inquiries or reservations and agree not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand.

Your Account/Membership login

You are required to create an account with Early Table through the Early Table (“Sign Up”) in order to make dine at home bookings, book a table, use the reservation services and avail of the Early Table offer. When registering for an account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete data about yourself on the Early Table registration form.

By creating an account and logging in, you agree to the terms and conditions and private policy of Early Table. Early Table may communicate with you via email in accordance with our privacy policy. By opting in to receive members offers by email you agree receive in-house marketing material from Early Table which you can unsubscribe to at any time. We will not send you marketing material from third parties.

Credit Card / Debit Card

Your credits are non-refundable at the time of booking. This payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card. 'Hospitality Concepts Ltd' along with the name of your chosen property will appear as a debit on your payment card statement. You will be responsible for the payment of the balance due and any additional costs to the accommodation provider on arrival. 

Where you have additional requirements, you must ensure that the restaurant of your choice satisfies such requirements and you have requested these at the time of booking. Please ensure that you view the restaurant provider's terms and conditions. The restaurant provider's terms and conditions can normally be accessed online by visiting the website of the relevant provider. 

Changes to Bookings

You can review your booking online at www.earlytable.ie at any time using the ‘My Bookings’ tool. Please do not contact the restaurant directly to make a change to your booking. Changes to the date of your reservation must be made through the Hospitality Concepts Support Team at info@earlytable.ie.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your booking you may do so up to two hours before your reservation on EarlyTable.ie using the My Bookings tool. After this, please call the restaurant. All cancellations will result in the loss of the original booking credits. Should you not cancel your booking within the minimum cancellation period the restaurant provider can also charge a late cancellation fee by the restaurant provider (please see below). The ‘no show’ fee is at the discretion of the individual restaurant.

Ordering Your Meal

When you place an order, it constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Upon placing your order you will be sent to our partners website to finalize your purchase. 

Hospitality Concepts acts as an agent of the food provider when you place an order and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you due to errors in order fulfilment, oversights, or delays in processing payment, or service issues at participating food providers for which Hospitality Concepts has no direct responsibility.

All offers are subject to promotional availability. Availability is year-round, but there may be limited availability during bank holidays and other peak periods.

Only one ‘Coupon code’ can be used per order and not in conjunction with any other offers. Coupon codes must be applied at checkout by or before the used by date and cannot be applied later and the code may not be valid. Used by dates will vary for individual Coupon codes. Please refer to offer details for information about used by dates for each Coupon code. Alternatively, you can also refer to your confirmation email or our partner restaurants terms and conditions.

Types of Orders

Orders can be placed for meals to be collected or delivered. The option for delivery is optional and up to each individual restaurant. 

Dine At Home Pricing

Prices are charged for the ‘Coupon Code’ and not per person. This said the individual restaurant which you ordered from reserves the right to limit the use of Coupon Codes

Your Coupon Code used to book entitles you to receive up to 40% off the food bill when you have bought the coupon from our website. When you order your food and apply your coupon code the remaining fee is paid to the restaurant directly.

Early Table Coupon Codes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions, including restaurant specials unless otherwise specified by the restaurant.

Payment for Your Early Table Coupon Code

Credit Card / Debit Card

2 credits are required to get your Coupon Code. Your credits are non-refundable at the time of placing an order. This payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card. Changes to Orders

You can review your ‘Coupon Code’ online at https://www.earlytable.ie at any time by clicking on ‘My Dashboard’.  Changes to your food order need to go through the individual restaurant you ordered with. For issues with your ‘Coupon Code’ contact the Hospitality Concepts Support Team at info@earlytable.ie.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your food order, you will need get in touch with the restaurant and inform them of the cancellation. All cancellations will result in the loss of the original booking credits and loss of any payments made to the restaurant you order from. Your booking credits are non transferable to another booking. Cancellations also apply to Dine at home coupon purchases. 

Restaurant closure

From time to time a restaurant not notify us of closures or changes to their opening hours. Example Monday or Tuesday pr after busy periods. Please always ensure to call the venue in advance.

Credit expiry

Credits that have been issued out for free expiry after 3 months from your account it they have not been used. Credits that have not been used will automatically be removed after a 3 months period has passed.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues during your dining experience, please inform the restaurant during your visit, so that every opportunity can be made to rectify any issues. Please note that any assistance given by us in relation to complaints is by way of goodwill gesture in our capacity as agent or sub-agent for the restaurant provider.

Data Protection

We shall collect and process any personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Please see our Privacy Statement and Cookies Policy for more information. By making a booking with Early Table and opting in to receive our marketing communications you confirm that you consent to receive marketing communications from or approved by Early Table.

 

Affiliate Programme 

Early Table’s Affiliate Programme is designed to reward individuals for helping others discover and enjoy savings at their favourite restaurants. As an affiliate, you’ll be given the opportunity to send out Early Table Credits and earn commissions for every new sign-up through your unique referral link.

How it Works

  1. Send Rewards: Upon joining the Affiliate Programme, you’ll receive a personalized referral link pre-loaded with 2 free Early Table Credits. You can share this link with others. New users who sign up using your link will receive these free credits, and you will earn (€0.30 per sign-up).

  2. Earnings & Payments:

    • Commissions are earned only when a new user, who has never previously registered for Early Table, signs up using your referral link and uses their credits within 1 month of sign-up.
    • Payments will be made monthly, at the end of each calendar month, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum of 100 qualified sign-ups. If the minimum threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.
  3. Exclusive Events: As a member of the Affiliate Programme, you will be among the first to know about Early Table’s exclusive offers, promotions, and events.

Programme Duration & Review

The Affiliate Programme is set to run for an initial period of 5 months. After this period, Early Table will review the programme, and updates will be communicated to all affiliates. Early Table reserves the right to extend or modify the programme terms at its discretion.

Eligibility & Conditions

Modifications and Termination

Early Table reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Programme at any time, with or without prior notice.

 

Competition Terms & Conditions

Promotions are open to entrants over 18 years of age and that are resident in the Republic of Ireland. Employees of Hospitality Concepts and connected members of their families are excluded from the competition.

Taking a picture of a meal booked through Early Table, sharing it on social media and tagging @earlytable.ie will count as one valid entry to win a €50 voucher in the location of the winner. 

 

International Use

We make no promise that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Ireland and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside Ireland, you do so, on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

WARNING: When accessing our site through an insecure network please note that all communications on such a network are vulnerable to eavesdropping. Unencrypted connections, particularly those to social networking sites, are easily hijacked by a third party. To ensure privacy and integrity of your information, please use a secure private network known to you before providing personal information through these types of networks. 

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Occasionally, Early Table may need to make changes to the Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to do so. The most up to date Terms and Conditions are available on the website. The Terms and Conditions that apply to your booking are those displayed on the website (and accepted by you) at the time you make your booking. 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland we and you submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. This will not prevent us from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these Terms and Conditions. 

Use of this Site

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Site. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or amend the Site (or any part thereof) from time to time. 

 

Subscription Terms

Early Table offers two types of subscription plans: Annual and Monthly. These plans provide users with a specified number of credits that can be used across our platform, including both dine-in and dine-at-home bookings.

Annual Membership

Users who purchase the Annual Membership will receive 120 credits instantly for use over a 12-month period. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be renewed annually if the subscription is not cancelled. The current renewal price is the price stated on our website at the time of renewal.

Members who wish to avail of the 60-day money-back guarantee for the Annual Membership must follow these steps:

  1. Email info@earlytable.ie within 60 days of purchase with your full name and account email.
  2. Include your reason for cancellation and request for a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and may request feedback to help improve our service.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 20 working days.

Please note  your request may not be approved if you have used our services 2 or more times. A full refund or partial refund remains at our full discretion.

Monthly Membership

Users on the Monthly Membership will receive 10 credits each month. Credits expire 30 days after being issued. The monthly membership will renew automatically each month at the current monthly rate as listed on our website at the time of renewal.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation policy differs for Monthly and Annual subscriptions:

Monthly Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time before the next renewal date via your account settings or by contacting info@earlytable.ie. Cancellations will stop the auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.

Please note: the Monthly Membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

Annual Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Annual Membership at any time before the next renewal date via your account settings or by contacting info@earlytable.ie. If cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of the 12-month term and will not renew. If within 60 days of original purchase, you may request a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Subscription Terms section).

Pre-Sale Memberships

If you join Early Table during a early access window, you will be charged at the time of purchase. This secures your pre-sale membership rate prior to the official launch and activates on the stated launch date. Pre-sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discounted rates.
